Long Term and Mid Term Property Management Recommendations
Hello BP,
Does anyone have a good recommendation for a Property Management company that does both Long Term and Medium Term Rental management in Chicago?
I have a 3 flat in Belmont Cragin that is fully rented and all on long term leases and then a 4 flat in Lakeview that is fully furnished and I’m currently operating them all as mid term rentals because that’s how I acquired it from the owners about a year ago or so.
I’m looking for another 3-4 flat to house hack in the area so I think it time to transition to a property management company and I’d rather not have to hire 2 different companies.
Many recommendations are very much appreciated and any pm’s, feel free to dm me so we can hop on the phone!
Thanks!

To find a property management company in Chicago that handles both long-term and medium-term rentals, ask for referrals from real estate investors, check local REI groups and forums, research companies that specifically advertise managing both types, and interview multiple companies. Consider companies like Fulton Grace Realty, Peak Properties, Lofty Real Estate, and Pioneer Realty Group. These companies have experience in managing both types of rentals and are familiar with the Chicago market. Check reviews, ask for references, and understand how each company handles tenant placement, communication, and maintenance for both types to ensure a smooth transition and peace of mind as you grow your portfolio.
Good luck!
Thanks for the advice!!
