I am looking for wholesale deals in Northern Va or within an hour and also in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. 
I currently bough a condo and have my first PML. 

I am also a PML 25-50k deals. 

Long term goals:

Two Airbnb’s

10 long-term rentals

1-2 flips a year.
