Hello BP,
I've got a SFH in Columbus that is operated as a AirBnB. My partners and I are looking at 2 options for this property.
1) Sell the property - We have investors looking to put their money into other projects.
2) Find a PML or PMP to buy out the investors who are looking to cash out. Around $75K
The AirBnB nets between $1K-2K per month. The first option above would be preferred. PM me for more details if interested. Open to creative finance deals. We will be placing it on the MLS next month if we don't find a buyer.
