When and if you close, let me know, I have everything. Also, who walked the prop, how do you know the reno needed, and how do you know its a good deal ?
what's the ask and address I will let you know if its something you should buy. I see so many from BP overpaying.
Lastly if you are cash I have as many as you want? Wait you are not cash otherwise you would be closing next week, DA LOL ,
