Looking to connect with GCs and Lenders

I plan to buy my first investment property in the next 30-45 days. I would appreciate any recommendations for these in the greater Houston area:

GCs - investor friendly but someone who is reliable, honest and trustworthy (for duplex/fourplex)
Lenders - conventional, for implementing BRRR strategy

@Andrew Postell is always a great resource for discussing loan products. He’s in DFW, but I’m sure he’d be able to help you out or at least connect you to someone in Houston.
