Hello, I'm new to the STR world and am doing everything I can to avoid partnering with one of the national management companies, so I'm looking for recommendations for property managers in the Southern Adirondacks. I'm in the Chestertown, NY area, near Brant Lake, Friends Lake, Loon Lake, etc.
