Selling My Property in Springfield, MO

Hello and nice to meet you all. I own a property in the 65802 area of Springfield, right by Grant Beach Park. I haven't listed it yet, but will be selling it very soon! If there is anyone who may be interested in buying it please message me and I will give you specific info. It's 1059 sq ft, 2/1 with fenced in front an back yard+separate garage. Forced heat and air+gas fireplace. New roof in 2020. Very close to the popular downtown and commercial st areas. Great rental investment!
