Danville VA duplex, Fix and Flip, $55,000

I just started wholesaling two weeks ago and I have my first property under contract in Danville, Virginia. It is a fixer-upper and fully gutted duplex with two units two beds and one bathroom per unit. I’m trying to find a cash buyer that is interested in doing fix and flips.
