I am a Realtor in Portland OR. I have a client looking for an investment partner in a small multi-family.(duplex to 4-plex) He has excellent

credit and can bring 40-60k to the table. He also has property management experience. He has a few properties in mind. Ideally, the partner could bring 90k to the deal.
