My 2 story 4-plex caught fire last Thursday.  Two have smoke and fire damage and the other two have water damage.  I need to get quotes from contractors to restoration/repairs, etc.  Does anyone have leads on reliable, licensed contractors in the Pittsburgh area willing to work with an out-of-state owner?
