I'm working with a group that's interested in purchasing multiple off-market apartment sites in Norman, OK. 
If you have a contact, or know of a sale, we're willing to pay a finders fee if we close. 

Sites need to be larger than 35 units.
Not looking for duplexes/quads, etc.
