Hello my name is Richard Neese and i'm a real estate investor in North Alabama In between Huntsville and Birmingham (Cullman). Me and my team are looking for strategic partners, mentors, and mentees. It takes everyone for the world to go round. We currently have 5 flip houses and two small apartment complexes (10 and 7 units) as well as 4 small storage facilities and some retail space in Cullman, blount, and morgan county. We are looking for properties to Value add and hope to connect with wholesalers, lenders, and real estate enthusiasts. I currently have a 10 man construction crew with a licensed home builder on staff and I'm a real estate broker with my own brokerage.
