Looking for Private Money
I got a few opportunities for private money lenders. I have a fix and flip, new construction, and raw land development. Depending on which one I’m able to give you 10-15% return. The properties will be used as collateral for you. I also personally sign a promissory note. If you’re interested please reach out I would be more than happy to discuss more.
