Looking for a Brokerage

Emily Harries
Posted

Hello!

Are there any brokerages that do not have a minimum before a realtor can represent themselves on a buying or selling transaction?

Thank you!

@Emily Harries there are plenty of places you can go that will let you represent yourself immediately. What do you want to get out of your brokerage business? Is this going to be a part time thing to represent yourself occasionally? If so, look at one of the flat fee brokerages like Kale or Chicagoland Brokers. I started my career almost 10 years ago at Chicagoland Brokers, and the owner there is great.

If you want a big, robust brokerage with plenty of training so you can go full time into the industry, then you will want something very different. There are so many different options, and no one option is "right" for everyone.
