I need to start evicting a tenant who has not paid rent in several months, and I am looking for a Lawyer to assist with that process.

@Kyle Lindsey

Not sure if she does evictions, but @Drew Fein has been great for us. She's a Denver-based real estate attorney. We've worked with her on a few different issues for our rentals in Denver and Colorado Springs.

     Hey there @Kyle Lindsey. Tschetter Sulzer is one best groups to work with and most well known in our industry. We've always had good results with them and even use their lease and other PM forms.  https://www.thslawfirm.com/

     We were going to use them, but they were facing a class action lawsuit against them at the time IIRC. We went with Franscona, but got passed off to a newer attorney... Costs us more than it should have.
