Looking for Fix & Flip partner in central FL
I'm a real estate agent and investor looking to do fix and flips now, I own multiple rentals already but not enough capital for fix & flips. Opportunities keep popping up and it kills me not being able to make offers, I have family members in the contractor business that can save us thousands on rehab cost. I'm interested in partnering with someone in central Florida and a north towards DeLand and Daytona Beach.
