Subject to deal

Hello all, 

I have a potential subject to do deal, but I’ve never done one of these before. So I am looking to speak to a real estate lawyer in Chicago who has done subject to deal before. If you have any recs or you’re an attorney yourself, pleas reply to my post and I will reach out.
