I work for one of the largest commercial electrical contractors in the city.  We recently demo'd a couple floors in a commercial building that had a vast quantity of commercial grade 4'FT, 6'FT & 8'FT LED linear pendant lights.  The lights were carefully removed, protected with bubble wrap and stored in my warehouse. The lights were installed in 2019.  Brand new these lights sell for $150 per linear foot.  My price to you is $25 per linear foot.  I've installed a couple in my commercial space.  They do wonders for any space and definitely attract clients/tenants.  Pics below.
