Property Manager Recommendations Columbus

Hi I'm looking for a property manager for a single family home in a fairly 'good' Columbus community.  House is a little old but plenty livable.  Last tenant and property manager were a nightmare;  I suspect they had a personal relationship perhaps of the kind you can guess.  I'm looking for someone who can and will screen clients for credit, income, and past evictions.  Someone who will actively evict problem tenants.  Thanks.
