Looking for a referral for an Attorney who specializes in Tenant/Landlord Disputes

Hello,

I am an out of state investor in SFR's in the greater Atlanta area ( specifically Fayette/Coweta Counties ). I am in a dispute w/ an ex-tenant over excess damage caused to my property during his stay. I would like to speak w/ an attorney who specializes in tenant/landlord disputes. Does anyone have any referrals or recommendations? Thanks

I just wanted to post an update.  I found an attorney who works on a fixed fee rather than per hour.  I did take the ex tenant to court and the judge ruled in my favor, albeit for a smaller amount than what I was looking for.  An interesting thing about Georgia regarding the security deposit is a different standard of care applies to landlords who own less than 10 units.
