    What type of deal are you looking for? There are a ton of qualified lenders and brokers on bigger pockets that can probably help. Is this a 1-4 unit investment property? What specific guidance are you looking for? Happy to connect!

    Hello Josh,My suggestion is to go with a lender that has a lot of options; otherwise, you are stuck with what you get. I would go with www.bestfinance.io , I bet they could do better
