I'm looking to invest in rental properties in Philadelphia, PA. please drop recommendations for agents and good property managers. if anyone specializes in section 8 it'll be even better.
Hi @Karim Elahi! I work closely with Abbie Dobbertin and the Deidre Quinn team at KW Philadelphia. Section 8 housing, you have to do a training with the Philadelphia Housing Authority, it's online and easy; I did it a few years ago. I hope this helps! Danielle
