Property Management for SFH investor

Hi All,

I am trying to find a property management company who can help with a 2BR/1BA rental townhome/condo in NW suburbs of Chicago. Currently self managing this property but now trying to outsource this work so I can focus on growing my portfolio in 2024. Any help or referral is much appreciated, thanks in advance!

Hey @Jay Gandhi - You should connect with @Ran Fridman or @Shea Murray both are in the property management business in and around Chicago.  I know Shea is actually in Roselle which is probably towards your property.

Which suburb are you in?  Also, what are the biggest factors that determine which PM you would work with?

    Hey @Jay Gandhi - You should connect with @Ran Fridman or @Shea Murray both are in the property management business in and around Chicago.  I know Shea is actually in Roselle which is probably towards your property.

    Which suburb are you in?  Also, what are the biggest factors that determine which PM you would work with?

    Hi Jonathan, thank you very much for the referrals. I will certainly reach out to them.

    I am in Palatine. I would like to work with a PM who has the experience and more importantly the patience working with small/new investors, mentors and helps to grow into the investment business. I am hoping they can help answer my questions. With this specific tenant, it would be great if someone (or a team member) can speak and understand Ukrainian, but certainly not a requirement.

    I am looking to build new relationship/connections with the correct people/companies (such as yourself) so as to help them and myself grow together in our businesses and goals.

    Hey @Jay Gandhi - Those are some great and very specific desires for a Chicago PM - I love it!

    I see @Ran Fridman has responded...but I'll make an email intro with him and you because he speaks Ukrainian funny enough.
