My name is Latrellya, and I am in the Greater Orlando Area.  I am eager to expand my knowledge and skills in wholesaling. I was introduced to BiggerPockets by the Real Estate Rookie podcast and uncovered some amazing gems within the community.  I joined a local real estate investing association group in my area and jumped into a whole new world.   I am seeking a mentor in the local area who's an expert in the wholesaling industry.
