Looking to build a team in Cleveland OH area

Hello! I am a new out of state investor getting ready to buy my first property in the area. I am reaching out to get some recommendations on the following, to help me narrow some candidates I will be using in the near future. I will be focusing on S8 rentals in SW Cleveland.

- Agent experienced with S8 & out of state investors

- Property management companies

- DSCR Lenders who have low minimum loan/property value limits (~$75k loans, ~$100k-$120k value)

Any other tips are always appreciated, trying to absorb all the info I can find before diving in.

I would check out properties in Cudell, West Boulevard, Clark-Fulton, Jefferson, Bellaire-Puritas, and Old Brooklyn on the west side.

    I would check out properties in Cudell, West Boulevard, Clark-Fulton, Jefferson, Bellaire-Puritas, and Old Brooklyn on the west side.

     No not a good place to start. SPEAKING with people that actually are doing work there is the way to go. So many just sit on the internet and " take its advice. " Reading books and watching tapes NOT reality This is why I see so many failings.

     I believe people are getting so lazy. Just sitting in front of their computers and actually thinking they are ready, when they are not. 10 years ago I hopped on a plane. I spent 2 weeks networking in person. Well over the years I have done more then 500 deals, 1ks of reno/repairs, 1k move in an outs, well anything else you can think of. All in Cleveland while on the beach on FL. So many are making it more difficult. Just take the advice from those that live and breathe it, and do not make it more complicated. I have someone that wants me to sell him a property as is. Well he lives in CA, zero experience and zero contractors or any now how on Cleveland, he will get crushed, not speculating. I started working in Mississippi about 45 days ago. Well, I have a team doing it all for me. I went there, met with everyone. Now its running just like Cleveland.
