Looking to build a team in Cleveland OH area

Hello! I am a new out of state investor getting ready to buy my first property in the area. I am reaching out to get some recommendations on the following, to help me narrow some candidates I will be using in the near future. I will be focusing on S8 rentals in SW Cleveland.

- Agent experienced with S8 & out of state investors

- Property management companies

- DSCR Lenders who have low minimum loan/property value limits (~$75k loans, ~$100k-$120k value)

Any other tips are always appreciated, trying to absorb all the info I can find before diving in.
