Looking for Preferred Equity investors

I'm looking for an investor or capital firm for a $500k preferred equity investment into a deal. Its offering 12% (negotiable for the right terms). The underlying property is a 24 unit multifamily complex in FL. It is already acquired and operational.

Most preferred equity investors are seeking higher check sizes. Any suggestions on finding the right connections?
