Seeking A Successful Mentor

Good Afternoon Everyone, 

My name is Elijah. I am 26 years old and have always had a passion for Real Estate. I am seeking a mentor who would be willing to teach me the way of Real Estate and point me in the right direction to become successful. I am an aspiring entrepreneur who is willing to do what it takes to become successful. I have been doing my own research for over a while now and just need that little hands on sense of direction from a successful individual who has done this already. I am willing to pay or even volunteer my time for knowledge. I have recently been studying wholesaling and the BRRRR and the great things it has to offer.
