Management company for Black Hills property.

Looking for a management company for a STR rental home in the Black Hills of South Dakota near Lake Pactola beginning next season. The companies I've talked to so far charge an outrageous fee. Looking for a good company that doesn't change an arm and a leg! Any help is appreciated.

But note they use an out sourced low cost country to handle half the work. Not saying it’s bad or wrong, just something to note
