Wondering if there are some great property managers out in the Denver Metro who work in 80210 to help manage my former primary home an possibly give me guidance on getting it ready and legal for rental. Kicking around mid term and long term, marketing to healthcare professionals as the property is near DU , Porter Hospital. Thanks!
