Calling all Virginia Wholesaler and Investor-Friendly Agents!

I live in Alexandria, VA and am looking for a great house hack for my personal residence! Del Rey or Old Town, ideally, but open to all options. Also looking for fixer-uppers that would be ideal for BRRRRs or F&F. I'm open to areas in NOVA (DC, Leesburg, Winchester, etc.), Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Lake Anna, Smith Mountain Lake. I'd love to make your acquaintance, and hear about any great REI/Meet Ups. Thank you in advance!
