Local Lender for House Hack

Hello BP, looking for local KC lenders for a house hack. Currently looking for a 2-4 unit property in the KC area that will also serve as my primary residence. Excellent credit. Was quoted 7.25%+ and have pre-approval from another lender, but seeing if thats the best rate out there right now.
