General Contractors to bid work

Hello! I am an investor friendly real estate agent & I am in need of a great general contractor to aid in getting quotes for pended properties. Needing someone who is willing to quote out work and stick around long enough to get a job. Deals fall apart it happens but I have found the half life on a GC is 2 quotes & then all motivation goes away. Just need someone to commit to my team & receive pended deals at least 2 a month. Anyone have a good recommendation?
