Good Morning Everyone, My name is Jaren, and I am a Licensed Agent with New Western in the local Tampa, FL area. and I am looking for investors for distressed homes for fix and flips, rentals, buy and holds, you name it. We use cash and have hard money lenders. We see about 10-20 deals per week!
