Competitive DSCR Lenders

Hello all,

I am looking for competitive DSCR lenders who will rate and term refinance new STRs in Arizona. These properties do not have STR history, but they do have projections from our property management groups and will pencil number wise if a traditional rental appraisal is conducted. I have an extensive track record when it comes to spec builds, fix and flips, ect., but am just recently adding a number of rentals to the portfolio.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
