Looking for wholesalers and recommendations

I am a full time investor and contractor who just moved up to North Dallas.
If anyone has recommendations of wholesalers they've had a good experience with I am looking to get added to their lists. I am primarily a cash buyer looking for single family brrr's or small multifamily (up to 50 units) Mainly looking around the Carrollton, addison, richardson, plano, dallas and north dallas markets but open to anywhere that's a proper deal

Check out Billy and Tarah Fernandes at Bumble Bee Properties. They do tons of deals in that area.
