wholesalers TO BUY FROM

Kristin Riker
Posted

Hello all,

Extremely frustrated with the current market here on Long Island. I have dropped letters in countless mailboxes, make offers almost weekly, have attempted a seller finance deal all to no avail.

I'm looking for wholesalers WHO I CAN BUY FROM.  All the advice I have received has pointed me to faceless companies that buy houses cash but none that I can buy from.  I'm looking for something as is.  Does anyone know of any wholesalers who are looking to turn a property over?

Thank you

    Hey Kristin!

I've found some success in connecting with wholesalers through local Facebook groups. Sometimes local real estate agents may have contacts with independent wholesalers or investors who may wholesale you a property that they have under contract. I have also met a bunch of wholesalers from local real estate investor meetups, if you haven't used Meetup I highly suggest it!

Also on Facebook, there is a group called "Creative Real Estate with Pace Morby" and you can post what your buy box is and you may be able to connect with wholesalers that are operating in Long Island. Heck someone might even respond with a deal that they have right now.

Best of luck with your deal hunting, hope this helps!
