PMs in Cleveland OH and Kansas City MO?

Member since 2023 · 4 posts · 6 votes

Hello BP community!

Ive boiled down to wanting to invest in Cleveland OH and/or Kansas City MO. I would love some referrals for PMs in both places. Hopefully they can give me insight into properties in the area and what I can expect from them. Im mainly focusing on Cash Flow but I also am paying attention to the neighborhood and overall market trend.

Thank you so much in advance!

@Cesar Santana I am a broker in MO. We run a property management company and have flipped/BRRRed over 150 properties for ourselves and our clients in the last four years. I am happy to send you recommendations on areas and things to ask perspective property managers in the areas you want to invest in if you think that would be helpful. Feel free to DM me.
