Looking for contractor in Miami for fixer upper

Hello,

We are moving to Miami in October and are looking for contractors or advise if anyone knows a contractor they have worked with and liked. We are getting get a fixer upper to remodel. We are hoping to do a slightly nicer than normal flip. For personal use, not for rental investment property.
