Need help finding properties in North Carolina
Hello. Me and my partner are looking for a realtor who can advise and assist with finding a property to BRRRR or flip in Fayetteville, North Carolina and surrounding cities such as Durham/Raleigh.
Price range is less than $200k, but open to suggestions to increase if it makes sense in the market. This is my first property/investment property and my business partner has three properties. We are looking to use hard money or HELOC for financing options. As we move forward, any referrals to general contractors would be appreciated as well.

Is that $200k the purchase price or ARV? Tough to make anything work under $200k (purchase or ARV) in Raleigh/Durham. Fayetteville is a good option. You may also consider Alamance county - Burlington, Graham and Mebane - as well as the Triad - Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem.
