3 unit converted home in Bay City, MI

$119,900 ask. $2050/month in rental income. Tenants pay most utilities. Been under contract for 3 months. Buyer having trouble getting financed. We are now out of contract. Sellers are done with buyer. Looking for new buyer. Great returns relative to the market. Currently being managed by local PM.
