Any recommendations of Investor friendly insurence agency .I am a buy and hold investor and looking for an insurence agency who has experience with buy and hold investors.Typicall insurence agencies donot know much about buy and hold investing and they just throw a bunch of numbers out there to get your business.We on the other hand need insure out ppties to right numbers so if something goes south our ppties are inured .I need some one who has exprience working with buy and hold investors.

@Jeyo Punnakottil I strongly recommend you reach out to @Mark Roland with FourSquare Insurance. He insures all my buy-and-hold rentals here in Texas. He is a guru on landlord policies. Me and many of my clients have used him for years. Please let him know I referred you. He will take great care of you.

@Jeyo Punnakottil the TX insurance market is pretty tough, especially if you are coastal. There are several TX based agents active on BP and I recommend connecting with one of them.
