Looking for a Rehabber

Hi rehabbers,

I have a brick duplex in the Hilltop area that I'd love to rehab. One side of it is cooupied, the other unit is not. It needs flooring, kitchen, cabinets, ceiling work, transforming the attic into a new bedroom/bath.
I am looking for someone who's done this before. Please DM or point me to images of your work and cost if possible would be much appreciated.
