Jeffrey Homes Inc. Introduction
Hello BP community! My name is Keaton Roberts, and I work with Jeffrey Homes Incorporated, a company that has been serving homeowners in the greater Tampa area since 1964. We are a family-owned custom home and commercial builder, and I am looking forward to becoming the 4th generation of the company. I have been an avid listener of the podcast since I began my studies at the University of Georgia, and I am excited to have finally joined the forum!
As a recent graduate in Real Estate, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with a family-owned business that has such a long-standing reputation for quality and excellence in the industry. Being in business for nearly 80 years, we are proud to say that a majority of our clients come to us through word of mouth recommendations. That being said, we have countless referrals that serve as a testament to the quality of our work.
One of the things that sets us apart from other home builders, is that we also offer private loans (not limited to our construction), which can make it easier for clients to secure financing and realize their dream of owning a custom-built home.
I am new to the Tampa area and am looking to making connections with realtors who would be interested in referring our company as a custom home builder (not without a referral fee, of course!) and investors who are interested in building their own projects.
