I’ve used @Dave Foster with Exhange Resource Group for about a half-dozen 1031’s and his knowledge is unsurpassed.  We’re in the middle of one right now and have another coming up.

@Ty Coutts, Location of the QI isn't going to really be an issue for you.  Bill Exeter, mentioned by @Ryan Lesley is a fine QI located in San Diego.  I'm in St. Petersburg FL afer 20 years in CO but our operations staff and plant are near you in Lakewood.  1031 is a federal statute and is. practiced the same in all 50 states.
