LOOKING FOR A LEGIT PRIVATE LENDER. Looking to borrow 65k for purchase, 45k for a rehab. ARV is around 160-190 conservatively. Looking to not pay points. a lot of red flags here, but probably the biggest one is asking that you don't pay points. Nobody is going to lend to someone who isn't willing to pay for the money, and to someone who thinks that they shouldn't have to.
