I WANT IT ALL IN INDIANA

Hey folks. I am interested in buying rental properties in Indiana. I am currently looking at Ft Wayne/Indianapolis generally. I want high equity, low price, good neighborhoods, tenants in place if possible, high rents, good school areas, and great property managers. I would consider buying and fixing up if prices and locations are amazing and you have a track record.

I am open to other locations if you can convince me why they are good. I consider things like how high are property taxes, is there a state income tax, landlord friendly laws, high employment, increasing population, diverse employers, etc.

Send me a message. I hope to buy from 1 to 10 depending on price and whether I have to pay cash or can finance. I am open to purchases or joint ventures. I have a decent stable of equity rentals, I am looking for cash flow.

Do not send me buy this great deal in 3 day offers. I want to be able to meet the people involved, see the properties, look at the neighborhoods, and see references before I sign checks.

Merry Christmas everyone and a Happy new Year.
