Seeking Lender For Bed and Breakfast in PA

John C.
Posted

Hello,

We are purchasing an eleven room bed and breakfast in Pennsylvania. It comes with three long term rentals. I believe one can make the argument that the way it is laid out it can be considered three or four long term rentals, without needing to do any construction looking for lender who can get a dscr loan for this 75-80 percent ltv. Or at least a low doc loan.

We do not have our past few years tax returns filed.

We own 90 buildings, 135 long term rentals, 4 short term rentals.

The person managing the property will live on site and has a degree in hotel/hospitality.

The old owners are providing a profit and loss statement, I'm not sure what other documentation they can find.
