Let's Talk Vacation Rentals - Arizona
Hey everyone I have been an investor in Arizona for 12 years now, and with the market shake up, I have seen really an abundance of high end homes (ARV 1mil-1.5mil) selling in the (fix and flip) wholesale price range of 500k-800k. Though over the past 3 months prices have been leveling out, but there seems to be a market to pick up high end homes at a crazy discount! STRs are no secret anymore and if the property is done right, can have a CAP Rate in the 9-15% range (what mine are currently pulling in). No one can time the market, but is this where you try and pick up a deal or 2 with these wholesale prices?!
