Up And coming Flipper

Hello my name is Preston and I live in the Nashville area. Im currently in the process of getting my general contractor license ! And my fiancé is in the process of getting realtor license! We are looking to start flipping homes ! I’ve been in the modular home/ construction industry for 7 years! I love remodeling and do it all!

can someone point me in the right direction for someone needing help currently with work? Hard money investors?
