Hi All, reaching out to see if anyone has any recommended investment property friendly lenders in the West Michigan Area, specifically Kalamazoo/Portage? I am currently partnered with Flagstar Bank but looking to shop around. Thanks all for any feedback!

    Hey Robert, Im in that market. What type of property? Typically ive used a broker, but more for SFH's versus multi. K'zoo bank are decent ive heard.

    We were able to secure a portfolio loan through Honor Credit Union a few years ago, but the property type, number of doors *for multi*, occupancy, etc will all factor in to which establishments will be the better fit.
